"Resonance" is a three-concert series presented in gallery-style and non-traditional performance spaces across New York City, in which live chamber music is woven into purpose-built visual art installations commissioned specifically for each event. Each concert pairs a performing musician or chamber ensemble with a visual artist whose installation is designed to dialogue with the musical program in real time, creating an environment in which audiences move freely through the space and experience the music from multiple vantage points. The series draws on Stilllife's established network of visual artists and introduces a curated roster of performing musicians with emphasis on artists from the Asian diaspora, to Stilllife's collector and arts community.
